Elements, namely Wood and Metal. There are 2 types of people who are
affected by Earth. The first type are Fire people born in Earth
months while the second type are Water people born in Earth months.
Fire people born in Earth months
will need Wood to strengthen their Fire, as Earth weakens Fire. This
group of people are more prone to heart attacks, as their Fire is
weak.
The other group, the Water people
need Metal to strengthen their Water, as Earth destroys Water. This
group of people are more prone to illnesses related to the kidney
and urinary system.
In the
following 10 tips, you will learn how to increase both Wood and
Metal in your daily life. If you belong to the first group, increase
your Wood. For those in the second group, increase your Metal.
a. Eat more
leafy vegetables. (Wood)
b. Go for
morning walks between 5am to 7am in the Park and hug
