Why Did Obama Win And Not McCain? - From An Astrology Point Of View

 

From an Chinese astrology point of view, what made Obama win? After doing a research on their Chinese 8 characters, I found some interesting discoveries...

Before I go into that, I have a confession to make. This calculation was done after the election. I worked backwards basing on Obama's and McCain's Chinese 8 characters. This was not done to prove that I am great in foretelling the future, but rather, as a research to discover the secrets hidden behind the Chinese 8 characters.

Let's begin with Obama's Chinese 8 characters. Obama was born on 4th August 1961.His 8 characters are as follows:

Year Pillar: Metal Ox (Earth)

Month Pillar: Wood Sheep (Earth)

Day Pillar: Earth Snake (Fire)

Hour Pillar: Unknown

From Obama's 8 characters, you can see that he is a very strong Earth person. There are 2 Earths and 1 Fire. Fire produces Earth, which makes his Earth element very strong. In order for you to be a leader (high ranking person) or a rich man, one of the first pre-requisites is that your personal element must be strong.

Your personal element refers to the element of your day pillar. When your personal element is strong, you will gain status and power when your luck pillar is your career/power element. Which in Obama's case is Wood.

When your personal element is strong, you will gain wealth (money luck) when your luck pillar is your wealth element. In Obama's case, it is Water.

The election is in November, which is already the Water period. Water is Obama's wealth star as well as his favorable element. This shows why it is more advantageous for him in this election.

McCain's personal element is also considered strong. Looking at his pillars, he is a Water person born in a Metal month (Metal strengthens Water) and there is Water in Rat. Like Obama, he is also considered a person with strong element. But what made him lose? Let's explore further...

McCain's career/status element is Earth, while his wealth element is Fire. Let's look at his luck pillars...

Age 63-72:Water Rabbit (Wood) -> Same as above, a period of Water and Wood. The first 5 years is a period of Water, which is unfavorable. These 5 years, he may have a lot of challenges coming from his competitors. The next 5 years is a period of Wood. As I mentioned above, it is favorable, but doesn't help in his career as it is not his career/status/fame element.

Comparing his luck pillars and Obama's luck pillars, both of them are currently at the Rabbit (Wood) pillar. Obama is at a better position as Wood is his career/status/fame element. McCain's career/status/fame element is Earth. He might have stood a higher chance if he is currently going through an Earth pillar.

Looking at the other perspective, this year,2008 is the year of the Earth Rat. The elements of this year are Earth and Water (Rat represents Water). The first half of the year is under the influence of Earth while the second half is under the influence of Water.

Although Earth is McCain's career/status/fame element, the unfortunate thing is that the election is held in the second half of the year, which is under the influence of Water. Water is unfavorable to McCain, but very favorable to Obama.
